Hi! I’m Allison (Allie) Dixon, a romance author with a love for complicated characters, undeniable chemistry, and stories that keep you turning pages long after you should have gone to bed.
My debut novel, Yes, Chef, combines romance, temptation, suspense, and just the right amount of chaos. I love writing stories where emotions run high, relationships get messy, and nothing is ever quite as simple as it seems.
When I’m not writing, you can usually find me getting lost in a good book, dreaming up my next fictional disaster, or turning random thoughts and conversations into ideas for future stories, playing with my son, or taking care of my fish. I have a soft spot for morally complicated characters, intense romance, unexpected twists, and endings that leave you staring at the last page wondering what just happened.
Becoming a published author has been a dream of mine, and Yes, Chef is only the beginning. I can’t wait to continue creating characters you’ll fall in love with, yell at, obsess over, and hopefully never forget.

Starting my writing journey
My writing journey started with a simple idea I shared with my best friend, Trinity. I decided to put that idea on paper, and before I knew it, one chapter turned into another. Trinity became my first reader, always asking for more chapters and encouraging me to keep going. Her excitement for the story made me believe that maybe I had created something worth sharing with more than just the two of us. She was the one who encouraged me to take the leap and publish Yes, Chef. What started as an idea between two friends became something I never imagined—my first published novel.
